Flylady Zones

Welcome to Your FlyLady Zones Guide

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by housework, the FlyLady Cleaning System can feel like a lifesaver — especially once you understand the concept of zones.

FlyLady divides your home into five manageable zones, and each week you focus on just one area. This makes cleaning far less daunting and helps you make steady progress without spending all day scrubbing.

On this page, you’ll find a breakdown of Zones 1–5, including which rooms they cover, the tasks to tackle, and gentle tips to make each zone more manageable. Whether you’re new to FlyLady or restarting after a break, this guide will help you bring order to your home — one zone at a time.
